As a bilingual (English/French) therapist, I am uniquely positioned to understand and support a diverse range of clients. I am a mature RP (Qualifying) intern completing my MACP with Yorkville University. With a background in education, I have a deep passion for working with teens and young adults dealing with anxiety and low moods, and who need support in managing their school, home, social, and work life. My personal experiences allow me to accompany adults navigating life transitions, such as empty nesting, marital distress/divorce, grief and loss.

I understand the fears clients may experience opening up to a stranger, where vulnerability is essential to personal growth. This is why I provide a warm and compassionate space for you to share your story at your own pace. I am here to guide you through self-exploration to greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Through this process, you can develop practical, emotional and mental tools to overcome life challenges with calm confidence and a positive outlook for the future.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative. I draw from traditional modalities (CBT/ SFBT/ DBT) and incorporate mindfulness and creative interventions (breathing, relaxation, writing) to help my clients prepare their life toolkits and empower them to achieve their goals.

I believe in the human capacity to learn, grow, repair and heal from past wounds to live fulfilling and meaningful lives in their true self. I would be honoured to be part of your healing journey. Please reach out when you feel you are ready to start building your new story.

"Like trees, we may lose some leaves and branches during life’s storms, but we can continue to grow taller and stronger with every one.”
