Bhavna Bagga
I’m a South Asian Registered Psychotherapist passionate about supporting adults through anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, anger, and grief. My aim is to offer a warm, inclusive space that honours your lived experience and cultural background.
Earlier in my career, I worked in rehabilitation settings supporting individuals recovering from injuries and navigating complex life transitions. That experience deepened my understanding of how physical and emotional challenges intersect — and how important it is to feel truly heard during times of difficulty.
Today, I support clients looking to build self-awareness, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from DBT, Person-Centred Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to meet you where you are.
Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I’m here to support you with care and consistency.
I provide therapy in English and incorporate conversational Punjabi when appropriate, and bring cultural humility to every session — especially for clients navigating intergenerational trauma, migration, and systemic stress.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy and respect.
