It takes courage and strength to seek support — and you’ve already taken the first step.
Are you looking to reduce stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, depression, or burnout? Are you struggling to manage your emotions, relationships, identity, parenting, or career — or simply in need of a safe space to talk? If you answered yes, you’re in the right place. Navigating life transitions and challenges can feel discouraging, but together we’ll work to help you regain control, reconnect with your goals, and build the life you desire.
I am passionate about creating therapeutic connections and bringing multicultural experience to support individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, addiction, grief, loss, health-related diagnoses, and trauma — especially as these impact relationships, work, and identity. My role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
In our work together, I draw on client-centred, mindfulness-based, strength-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and holistic wellness approaches — always tailored to your needs. I utilize Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, EFT, SFBT, Attachment, Polyvagal Theories, and Mindfulness-based approaches in my work with clients.
As a RP (Qualifying) with three master’s degrees and a post-graduate diploma in social services with a focus on immigrant experiences in Canada, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. Having navigated multiple cross-cultural transitions myself — both personally and geographically — I understand the complexity of identity shifts, cultural adjustment, and the search for purpose and belonging.
It’s an honour to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, clarity, and a more fulfilling life — with deep respect for your story.
