Hello and welcome.

My name is Cindra and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and hold a Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. My clinical experience includes working with children, adults and elderly where I supported them navigating trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, family and relational conflict and life transitions etc.

Many times it is hard to put words to our inner conflicts, anxiety, and pain. It becomes challenging to live our day-to-day lives while carrying the weight of these experiences in silence. I believe that when we feel seen, heard, and understood, we begin to feel safe enough to give voice to what has remained unspoken. As a therapist, my goal is to offer you a warm and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences safely and move toward an improved sense of self with greater clarity, resilience, and healing.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed and person-centered where it is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I mainly utilize modalities like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and play-based interventions when appropriate. I also work from a culturally responsive perspective and strive to bring humility and curiosity to your lived experience. I see it a privilege to walk with you in this journey and support you build greater self-understanding and lasting growth.

I offer therapy both in English and Malayalam.

Feel free to reach out to see whether we may be a good fit for working together.

“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can't survive.”
