I'm a psychotherapy intern at Rooted in Resilience, specializing in couples, Family, young adults, and Seniors counselling. My approach is rooted in Spiritually Integrated Counselling, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), enriched with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients navigate conflict, foster deeper intimacy, and achieve personal growth.

I focus on improving communication, conflict resolution, and self-esteem. As a Jamaican/Canadian, I bring a multicultural perspective and am comfortable integrating Christian faith into therapy for those who wish to do so. Holding a degree in religious education and an MDiv in clinical counseling, I am deeply committed to helping individuals and couples find healing and lasting change in a safe and empathetic space.

"Love is a connection process of tuning in, connecting, missing and misreading cues, disconnecting, repairing, and finding deeper connection. It is a dance of meeting, parting, and finding each other again minute to minute and day to day."
