Each 90-minute module combines education, reflection, and embodied practices rooted in Black cultural wisdom, psychology, and neuroscience. This series explores the impact of racism on the body and mind, the role of systems in perpetuating trauma, and offers practical tools for healing, resistance, and liberation.
