I’m a South Asian Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) passionate about supporting adults through anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, anger, and grief. My aim is to offer a warm, inclusive space that honours your lived experience and cultural background.

Earlier in my career, I worked in rehabilitation settings supporting individuals recovering from injuries and navigating complex life transitions. That experience deepened my understanding of how physical and emotional challenges intersect — and how important it is to feel truly heard during times of difficulty.

Today, I support clients looking to build self-awareness, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from DBT, Person-Centred Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to meet you where you are. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I’m here to support you with care and consistency.

I provide therapy in English and incorporate conversational Punjabi when appropriate, and bring cultural humility to every session — especially for clients navigating intergenerational trauma, migration, and systemic stress. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy and respect.

“In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.”
