Welcome
Our Story
Let me tell you.
Rooted in Resilience Psychotherapy & Wellness was founded to provide a safe space for clients to heal and share their stories. In today’s world, many face stressors that can lead to feelings of anxiety, isolation, and low self-worth. We understand the challenges of navigating life's difficulties and believe no one should have to do it alone.

Through our partnership with the Malvern Family Resource Centre, we aim to make mental health services more accessible across the Greater Toronto Area. Having grown up in communities like Jane-Finch and Rexdale, I recognize the struggles many face and am committed to supporting the Malvern community on their healing journeys.

At our practice, you will find a warm, empathetic environment where you can process your experiences. Our diverse team is dedicated to treating clients with respect and cultural sensitivity, bringing a wealth of experience and understanding to help you thrive. Our clinic also now offers Psychotherapy Services in English, French, Korean, Arabic and Urdu so that we can better serve our clients.
“The dark does not destroy the light; it defines it. It's our fear of the dark that casts our joy into the shadows.”
